The specific purpose of this foundation is to empower young people in AZ to prepare for the challenges of the future through STEM education and robotics learning. In a world shaped by rapid technological advancements and global uncertainty, it is more important than ever to equip the next generation with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to lead, innovate, and adapt.

The Foundation is now cooperating with the Firewheel STEM Institute to train the Explorers FTC team, providing FTC practice resources and facilities.

For the 2026–2027 season, the Foundation supports two new Chandler/Tempe-area FLL teams — "Ecobots" and "Velocibots" — with materials, technical guidance, and financial assistance. The teams are being trained and set up in cooperation with Green Academic.
- 10 students, 8 of whom (80%) are first-year FLL participants
- The original Explorers team's experience is used to bring these new students into FIRST

The Explorer team is back from Houston! At the FIRST World Festival, we scored 520 points and ranked 28th out of more than 160 teams from around the world in the robot game. An excellent performance — we're so proud! 🚀🌍

The Explorers FLL team is upgrading to the Explorers FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) team — a major step forward in our robotics journey!

What We Do
